I am unironically sure this place saved my life. The mental health team here is absolutely amazing. I feel respected and like they genuinely care for me. The trans care team has also been great. If you show up for your appointments and take your care seriously, everyone here will to.

I’m very grateful to have these resources available in our community! I’ve been going through a lot and they have been beyond helpful, beneficial, and supportive. Thank you all for your help you do in the community! You all had me on the meds I needed quicker than planned parenthood and more affordable while out of pocket. They’ve done a phenomenal job of walking me through an awkward time in my life from considering all options and angles down to helping me find the cheapest pharmacy in my area. Please don’t bash a clinic that will see you without insurance. This is something you don’t want to ruin for those of us who are struggling uninsured and are very grateful to be seen!

This review in particular is given only for Jordin Cotman. First of all, in the initial phone interview, she was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. She would not accept that my gender at birth was unknown. She (the transcare provider) told me that I medically had to pick a side to receive treatment. Not only is that a wreck within itself she did so in such a condescending manner that it nearly hung up on her. The in office visit was SOMEHOW worse?? I made an appointment for my fiance and I as we live together. She made it seem like a HUGE deal in person while I was told over the phone that this was fairly routine. She also left both of us waiting in the waiting room for OVER 40 MINUTES. She messed up the initial paperwork even though I requested the correct paperwork over the phone. She used my partner being in the room as “leverage” and explained in a half an hour rant about how she should be respected because she was overextending herself to have both of us in the room at the same time. After her rant was over she visibly got upset with us and left the room. She did not return for over 20 minutes so my fiance and I decided to just take any paperwork we had filled out and
